When you come to do your test, you need to bring a form of photo ID with you, such as a passport or drivers licence, which can be up to 6 months out of date.
If you do not have either of those, you will need 1 from each of the following lists:
List A
- Non UK Driving Licence - Showing photo and printed full name
- Work ID Card - Showing photo and printed full name
- EU Country ID Card - Showing photo and printed full name
- CITB Scheme Card - Showing photo and printed initial and surname
- Student ID Card - Showing photo and printed initial and surname
- Citizen Card - Showing photo and printed full name
- Trade Union Card - Showing photo and signature
- British Armed Forces Card - Showing photo (For employee of Armed Forces only)
- Proof of Age Card - Showing photo and signature
- Young Scots Card - Showing photo, printed full name and DOB
List B
- Credit Card - Showing name (initial and surname acceptable), signature and bank logo
- Debit Card - Showing name (initial and surname acceptable), signature and bank logo
- Paper Driving Licence - Showing full name and signature
- UK Travel Document - Showing photo, full name and signature
- Inland Revenue Card - Showing photo, printed initial and surname and signature
- National Insurance Card - Showing full name
- 879 Notification of Discharge Letter - Showing full name and signature
- Bank Statement - Within last 6 months, printed initial and surname and home address
- Building Society Passbook - Showing full name (initial and surname acceptable) and home address
- Cheque Guarantee Card - Showing full name (initial and surname acceptable) and signature
